Referral Program Policy
Welcome to Apartey, a community-powered rental intelligence and property insight platform operated by HomeSynq OÜ, an Estonian private limited company ("Apartey", "we", "our", or "us").
By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Apartey platform, website, mobile applications, tools, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Copyright Policy, and Agency or Partner Terms (where applicable).
If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Apartey by HomeSynq OÜ.
Apartey is an information and community platform, not a real estate marketplace or intermediary. The Services allow users to:
Apartey is not a real estate broker, agent, booking platform, escrow service, or transaction facilitator. All interactions and transactions occur strictly between users.
You must:
Be legally capable of entering a binding agreement.
Provide accurate, current, and lawful information.
Maintain the security of your credentials.
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
User may not:
Post false, misleading, defamatory, or manipulative content.
Upload content without lawful rights or consent.
Harass, discriminate, threaten, or exploit others.
Circumvent platform safeguards, reward systems, or moderation.
Use automated scraping, harvesting, or bulk-upload tools.
Misuse referral, reward, or visibility mechanisms.
Apartey reserves the sole right to determine violations.
You retain ownership of the content you submit.
By submitting content, you grant Apartey a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, use, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute such content for platform operation, promotion, and improvement.
You warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit the content.
& User Authorization
As part of pilot programs, onboarding initiatives, partnerships, or operational support, Apartey may — upon a user's explicit request or consent — create, upload, edit, or publish property listings on the user's behalf ("Admin-Assisted Listings").
By submitting or acknowledging access to listing information and providing consent (electronically, in writing, or via platform communication), the user expressly authorises Apartey to publish such information on the platform on their behalf. The user remains solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and timeliness of all listing information.
Apartey shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, outdated information, disputes, losses, or claims arising from Admin-Assisted Listings. Apartey may retain records of user authorization for compliance, audit, and dispute resolution purposes.
Users must not upload or reuse listings, descriptions, images, or data sourced from third-party platforms without proper authorisation or right.
Apartey may remove any listing where authorisation is unclear, withdrawn, or disputed.
Apartey may, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide justification:
Approve, reject, edit, restrict, demote, or remove any content.
Suspend, limit, or terminate any account.
Restrict access to specific features or programs.
Apartey may offer referral programs, rewards, points, or incentives ("Programs"). Participation is optional and not guaranteed. Rewards have no cash value unless explicitly stated. Programs may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time.
Apartey expressly reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, restrict, or remove any user from any rewards program at its sole discretion. Points or rewards may not be sold, transferred, exchanged, or used outside the platform unless expressly permitted.
Apartey only provides passive listing visibility.
We do not facilitate, negotiate, verify, or enforce swaps.
We do not handle payments, deposits, or compensation.
No guarantee is made regarding matches or outcomes.
Users are solely responsible for legal compliance and due diligence.
Visibility upgrades increase exposure only and do not guarantee results.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available".
No warranties, express or implied, are made by Apartey.
No guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content.
No guarantee of availability or uninterrupted access.
No warranty regarding the suitability of any property or listing.
No assurance as to outcomes of user interactions.
Use of the Services is entirely at your own risk.
Reliance on any user-generated content.
Disputes, agreements, losses, or damages between users.
Technical failures, data loss, or unauthorized access.
Service interruptions or platform unavailability.
Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
Apartey assumes no responsibility for matters beyond its reasonable control.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Apartey, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
Your breach of these Terms or applicable policies.
Your misuse of the Services.
Your content, listings, or interactions with other users.
Your violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right.
This indemnification expressly includes any claims, disputes, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to Admin-Assisted Listings, including claims concerning authorisation, accuracy, ownership, legality, misrepresentation, omissions, or withdrawal of consent.
Apartey reserves the right to assume exclusive control of the defense of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate fully.
Apartey may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Apartey may suspend or terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, for:
Violations of these Terms or related policies
Legal or regulatory obligations
Platform integrity, security, or risk concerns
All disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Estonia.

§ R1
The Referral Program is designed to encourage genuine community participation — inviting new users, encouraging honest rental reviews, and supporting platform growth through organic referrals.
The program is not intended to reward spam, manipulation, or artificial activity.
§ R2
To participate, you must have a valid Apartey account in good standing, comply with the Terms of Use and Community Guidelines, and use the Referral Program for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes only.
Apartey may restrict or exclude certain users, regions, or account types from eligibility at any time.
§ R3
Referral mechanics may vary by campaign. A referral is only valid if the referred user is new to Apartey, referred users must complete qualifying actions (e.g., sign up, review submission), and rewards are issued only after verification by Apartey's systems.
Apartey reserves the right to define what constitutes a "qualified referral".
§ R4
Referral rewards may include platform points (Apartey Keys), visibility credits, discounts or non-cash benefits, and promotional items or merchandise. Rewards do not have cash value unless explicitly stated, cannot be sold or transferred, and may expire or be revoked.
Apartey does not guarantee that any user will earn rewards.
§ R5
You may not create multiple accounts to refer yourself, use fake, temporary, or automated accounts, misrepresent Apartey or make false claims, use paid clicks, spam, or bulk messaging, offer compensation in exchange for referrals, or attempt to game or manipulate the Referral Program.
Any suspected abuse may result in immediate disqualification.
§ R6
Apartey by HomeSynq OÜ retains the sole and absolute right to approve, deny, suspend, restrict, revoke, or terminate any user's participation in the Referral Program — including withholding or canceling rewards — without prior notice if abuse, fraud, or manipulation is suspected.
All decisions by Apartey regarding the Referral Program are final.
§ R7
Apartey may modify referral rules, rewards, or eligibility criteria, pause or discontinue the Referral Program entirely, or limit participation by geography, user type, or volume. Such changes may occur at any time and without compensation.
§ R8
Apartey makes no guarantees regarding reward availability, referral success, or program continuity. Apartey shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities arising from participation in the Referral Program.
§ R9
Users are solely responsible for determining and complying with any tax obligations related to rewards or incentives received. Apartey does not provide tax advice or reporting unless required by law.
§ R10
This Policy forms part of the Apartey Terms of Use. In case of conflict, the Terms of Use shall prevail.
