Location Information: We collect the address of the property you are reviewing or listing, as well as your approximate location for service relevance and content localisation.
Usage Data: This includes your activity on the platform such as pages visited, searches performed, listings interacted with, and reviews submitted.
User-Generated Content: This covers all content you post, including reviews, property listings, messages, comments, and uploaded documents (e.g., lease agreements).
Device Data: We collect information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and cookies to enhance user experience and for compliance (GDPR and NDPR).
How we use your information
- To operate and improve the platform, including displaying listings, publishing reviews, managing home swaps, and generating housing insights.
- To communicate with you about account-related matters, service updates, new features, promotions, and customer support.
- To ensure trust and safety through content moderation, account verification, dispute resolution, and fraud detection.
- To comply with applicable laws and regulations, including data privacy laws in the EU (GDPR) and Nigeria (NDPR).
